The Cornell MBA Future Leaders Program is a deferred admissions opportunity for exceptional and ambitious candidates who are in their senior year of an undergraduate program or those who are currently enrolled in a graduate program immediately after completing their undergraduate studies, without any work experience in between. Participants can secure a spot in Cornell’s prestigious Two-Year Residential MBA program, to begin within three to five years post-graduation.
This unique pathway allows future leaders to gain valuable industry experience before entering the MBA program—ensuring they are fully prepared and positioned for success. Applicants from all academic and professional backgrounds are welcome to apply.
