Join Professor Salman Mufti for a session on Strategic Decision Making. Decision making is arguably the most important job of a manager, and bad choices can damage careers and the bottom line. Successful managers blend the art and science of decision making into a practical process that leads them to consider their choices both intuitively and analytically. This session will explore issues in business problem solving and offer insights into how managers can avoid common biases and make effective decisions. A Q&A session will follow the presentation. 

Salman Mufti is Associate Professor at Smith School of Business, Queen’s University. He has served as Associate Dean of Queen’s Executive Education and taught as visiting faculty at business schools in North America, Europe, and Asia. His teaching and research specializes is in the areas of strategic management, strategic decision making, and digital transformation.
